Recently, Mrs Nerida Noble and Ms Kristen Smith received awards at the Metropolitan South Operational Directorate Awards in the Head Teacher and the Teacher categories respectively. They each received a plaque and a citation for their outstanding contributions and achievements in the school. The awards were presented by the Executive Director and directors of Metropolitan South Operational Directorate.
Nerida Noble has undertaken the many roles she holds and has held over many years that typify the values we promote and teach in our public school system. As a Head Teacher and integral committed executive member of Combined High School Sports, Nerida works to ensure that everyone, students and staff alike, get a fair go and receive the support they deserve. A professional with a big heart, Nerida Noble has maintained strong values that drive her pursuit of well-being for staff and students in everything she does.
Kristen Smith is an exceptional English teacher in her early years of her career. Kristen brings to her teaching deep knowledge and a high level of understanding of pedagogy and connection between student learning and student well-being. She widely involves herself in integral school programs to support student learning at school including her role as Year Advisor and within learning support.
