Key Points
- Year 12 commenced the year with high expectations in their application and study as they work for this important year ahead.
- Head teachers across faculties ran workshops with Year 12 students that meet individual needs focused on tackling procrastination and moving forward with proactive study.
Thursday 20th February saw all of our Year 12 students participating in a targeted Academic Guidance Workshops. This program has been modified this year to enable Head Teachers across all faculties to deliver key messages about student application to work and study in a supportive and individualised environment.
The workshops are focused on tackling procrastination and honing on those skills in preparing summaries in preparation for examination and assessments. The smaller groups are enabling Head teachers to tailor the discussion to the needs of year 12 kids and engage them in practical hands on approaches to help them with their studies this year.
